Tea Pairing Delights

Tea experts will tell you that flavours and bouquets are more complex than those of wine, so we are offering a tea-pairing class, where, with the help of a Mandarin Oriental, Taipei tea expert and sommelier, guests will learn to pair tea with food. Dinner at a one-star Michelin restaurant, Ya Ge, will follow the class, with a customised tea-pairing set menu created by the Chef de Cuisine. Fans of M.O. will receive a complimentary Mandarin Oriental, Taipei Signature Formosa Tea Giftset.

 

This three-hour experience is available every Wednesday from 3pm with prices starting at TWD 4,580 plus 10% service charge per person for two to six guests. Availability is limited and 5 days advances booking is required.
